Due to the demonetization of Rs500 and Rs1000 currency notes, Union roads ministry issued a notice that payment of toll fees at all the toll plazas on all the national highways are suspended till midnight of 11th November 2016. In such context, Mr. Ramesh Agarwal said that the logistics sector will benefit from the demonetization as the widespread corruption in this sector will get dismantled.
