• Fixing the day for survey – On the survey date, a field officer will show up at your place on the day and time that you fixed as per your convenience. Our officer would be carrying all the equipments which will be useful to evaluate the consignment that needs to be moved so that he can come up with an estimated cost for the whole shifting process. On the customer’s permission, the officer will finalize the shifting deal and will brief you regarding the working of the move. • Confirmation of booking – Once booking is confirmed, quotation is issued which is followed by finalization of quotation and final confirmation.

If the item which needs to be packed is very fragile, then, the packing professionals will pack the item with multiple layers of good quality packaging materials. Similarly, if there is an electronic item to be packed, then the cords are secured and therefore it is passed on to further packaging steps. After ensuring the fact that all the due payments are made and documents are up to the mark, the shifting process is taken to the next stage.

• Your shifting adviser – We provide a private shifting assistant for your move from our side who will be there with you to assist you from the beginning of the move till the end.

• Transportation – The team of transportation gets into action after getting the approval and conclusion of the necessary payments. The carriers are arranged which arrive at the customer’s home on time. Each and every packed goods are then loaded on the carriers and therefore, the consignment is moved via the finalized mode of transportation. • Trailing and help desk – The driver of the assigned vehicle keeps in touch with your personal shifting assistant and coordinate with him throughout the journey. We have introduced a modern technology for tracking the concerned vehicle in the form of Vehicle Transporting System (VTS). • Destination – The pleasant point is that we also bestow our customers with the storage of their household goods carrier for up to 7 days without any costs along with zero transshipment.
