One of our executives will attend your call and note down every essential detail of your move. This information is then shared with the concerned person, who schedules a survey day that is suitable for you. You can also reach out to us by filling an enquiry form, available on our website.

• Survey scheduling – Our skilled field office team will visit your current destination on the survey day with essential tools. Your belongings are inspected thoroughly by our field officer to evaluate everything. They understand and note down every single detail - number of goods, types of goods, size of different goods, etc. The office will ask you about the moving date and moving time, and then plan everything accordingly.

• Booking confirmation– After the booking confirmation, you will receive a detailed estimate covering everything from the types of belongings to the preferred moving date. Once you confirm the booking, the next step will begin.

• Packing – A packing supervisor visits your place with essential packing supplies. He brings his team along to ensure every item is packed in the safest manner possible. Everything, from delicate goods to bulky furniture, is handled and packed with extreme care. Multiple-layer protective packing is used for fragile items. Bulky furniture pieces are first disassembled and then packed to ensure they fit into the truck and can travel safely.

• Dedicated move coordinator – APML believes in clear communication; thus, assigning you a dedicated move coordinator who will assist you throughout the moving process. This way, you can get your move-related answers quickly from the expert, simplifying your entire move. They address any concerns and offer real-time updates, ensuring you move to your new place with clarity and confidence.

• Efficient transportation – After the packing process, your belongings are ready to be transported. For this, our transport team ensures:

1. The moving vehicle arrives on time.
2. Your items are placed strategically into the vehicle.
3. The vehicle follows a pre-planned route.
4. The driver is well-trained in first aid.
5. Professional handling helps avoid unnecessary delays.

• Real-time tracking – Your Move Coordinator stays in contact with your driver and keeps checking whether everything is going as planned. APML uses advanced technology and smart vehicles, which let the Move Coordinator know where the vehicle is at the moment. Everything is tracked, from the time the vehicle departs to the time it reaches your destination. Our International Shifting Process

• Customer Enquiry – Even our International Shifting Process is not complicated. It is easy to understand and follow. Customers can fill in an enquiry form available on our website. One of our executives will attend to your query and write down every detail. The details you provide determine your moving quotation.

• Providing Quotation - After getting and understanding your moving goals and needs, a moving quote is decided. Your packing day, date, and time are decided once you receive and accept the moving quote.

• Packing - APML’s Packing Supervisor visits your destination once you accept the moving quote. The whole packing team will be there with all essential tools to pack your items. The best thing is that our professional packers follow a systematic packing process. They use premium-quality packing supplies, and once the boxes are packed, they label them clearly. The labelling process makes it easy and safe to load and unload the boxes into the moving vehicle.

• Shipping to Warehouse –Once your goods are packed, they are safely moved to our warehouse/origin port. We ensure proper safety of your goods, for which we keep our warehouses hygienic, clean, and pest-free. In addition to this, your goods remain under 2487 CCTV surveillance.

• Real-Time Tracking Feature – Our team tracks your shipment side by side to ensure everything goes according to plan. The good part is that we also let our customers track their consignment anytime.

• Formalities at Destination – This step is important for the smoothness of an international move. When your valuables arrive at the destination port, it is then taken for customs clearance.
